Two Rivers Conferencing offers its clients abundant capacity and with that the ability to conduct conference events connecting dozens or hundreds of participants onto a single conference event. It may then surprise our readers to learn that our average conference call connects five parties and lasts fifty minutes! It is for this reason our TRC corporate logo incorporates four "conference stick figures" surrounding the "i" in Conferencing! We accept this performance metric as a part of our operating reality but wonder why so many customers working in various industries with varying numbers of employees perform so consistently at or near this average.
Two Rivers Conferencing has experienced an increase in monthly conference call volume of fifteen percent (15%) or more since the beginning of 2013 thanks mostly to the value our customers associate with using our services. Recent survey responses show one hundred percent (100%) of our respondents report they are “highly satisfied” with our services with a substantial percentage (87%) indicating they are “very likely” to continue using our services in the future. The combination of these positive events confirms TRC's service capacity and range of service features meet our customers' needs.
