Two Rivers Conferencing has experienced an increase in monthly conference call volume of fifteen percent (15%) or more since the beginning of 2012 thanks mostly to the value our customers associate with using our services. Recent survey responses show one hundred percent (100%) of our respondents report they are “highly satisfied” with our services with a substantial percentage (87%) indicating they are “very likely” to continue using our services in the future. The combination of these positive events confirms TRC's service capacity and range of service features meet our customers' needs.

There are two axioms regarding teleconference services. The first is that conference calling is a seasonal business with call volumes rising in the autumn months as businesses focus attention on making a last ditch effort at achieving their annual goals prior to the end of the fiscal year. This volume of activity is sustained in the first few months of the new fiscal year as businesses conduct conference calls announcing the strategies and plans geared at achieving greater success in the months ahead. However, between Memorial Day and Labor Day conference call traffic volumes slow significantly as managers and workers start their summer vacations resulting in fewer and less well attended teleconference meeting events.

Two Rivers Conferencing launched its second publicly accessible high definition videoconference facility on Monday February 18. Our decision to create this addition to our growing list of conference service offerings came as a result of having a similar facility in operation at a facility acquired from Aspen Conferencing in Scottsdale, Arizona since January 2011 and we believe our experience in operating both facilities will benefit any of our dealers interested in replicating this successful program or adding to their commission revenues.
