TRC Launches HD Videoconferencing Service Facility
Two Rivers Conferencing launched its second publicly accessible high definition videoconference facility on Monday February 18. Our decision to create this addition to our growing list of conference service offerings came as a result of having a similar facility in operation at a facility acquired from Aspen Conferencing in Scottsdale, Arizona since January 2011 and we believe our experience in operating both facilities will benefit any of our dealers interested in replicating this successful program or adding to their commission revenues.
We began the process by converting an existing conference room into a videoconferencing facility using equipment purchased from one of our Dealer partners, OSA Integrated Solutions. Then we contracted with Glowpoint, Inc. (web: www.affinityvideo.net & www.glowpoint.com) to handle the scheduling of videoconference events as they have done for our Scottsdale facility.
Glowpoint believes that video communications is the best tool for meetings. Their sole mission is to make video meetings simple, reliable, and the standard for bringing people together for business meetings. They make video meetings the replacement for in person and audio conferencing with their suite of cloud and managed services that permit any device to connect across any network, simply and reliably. Our previous collaboration with Glowpoint has generated steady stream of videoconference events in Scottsdale with most customers using our facility to interview candidates for employment or conduct legal depositions.
