Thanks mostly to our Dealers and Sales Representatives, Two Rivers Conferencing started 2013 with great expectations for growth and finished the year with actual results that exceeded our expectations. Our enthusiasm for growth in 2013 was fueled by a 126% growth in billable minutes during 2012 and an economic environment that pointed to sustained use of conferencing services among TRC's newly acquired base of customers. Our belief in these factors compelled us to set a goal of 10% growth in 2013. As of the date of this newsletter, TRC has experienced a 15% growth in billable minutes in 2013 and has set its sites on achieving 15% growth again in 2014. Our confidence in achieving this important goal stems from two important factors.

Two Rivers Conferencing now delivers Microsoft Lync. MS Lync is a fully scalable, end-to-end Hosted Unified Communications portfolio which includes IP Telephony Voice, Presence, Instant Messaging, Audio/Video/Web Conferencing as well as a leading range of Endpoints. Our Unified Desktop (UD) delivers a range of robust communication tools like Microsoft Lync, Exchange Server 2010, SharePoint and CRM. These are available as standalone deployments or as part of a more scalable offering, allowing our customers to maximize efficiency and business productivity while reducing costs.

TRC has made several new improvements in the sales resources made available to our Dealers and Independent Sales Representatives over the course of the past few months. These include:

1. A redesigned website to enhance Dealer sales
2. The launch of an HD videoconferencing service facility
3. Creation of our ongoing, web based thirty day free trial promotion
4. Availability of Preassigned Accounts to speed the implementation of new moderator accounts
5. Identifying meaningful changes in conference traffic volumes as occurred this past summer
6. Reporting on feedback received from our annual survey on customer satisfaction

TRC's larger clients already value our services as a reliable technology for:

1. Saving time otherwise spent travelling to attend face to face meetings
2. Efficient problem solving and effective team building
3. Creating more cohesive management teams and corporate cultures

Some of these same customers have discovered conference calling can also be a valuable strategic asset for enhancing business partnerships with vendors, industry allies and customers! Some offer our services to their vendors as a means of taking the pain out of lower pricing demands by reducing the vendor's cost of operations. Others offer our services to industry allies who strengthen industry efforts at promoting public awareness and positive perception of the industry's economic and social contributions by hosting town hall meetings; conducting “Lunch 'N Learn” events; or initiating professional certification programs.

Two Rivers Conferencing has experienced an increase in monthly conference call volume of fifteen percent (15%) or more since the beginning of 2012 thanks mostly to the value our customers associate with using our services. Recent survey responses show one hundred percent (100%) of our respondents report they are “highly satisfied” with our services with a substantial percentage (87%) indicating they are “very likely” to continue using our services in the future. The combination of these positive events confirms TRC's service capacity and range of service features meet our customers' needs.

There are two axioms regarding teleconference services. The first is that conference calling is a seasonal business with call volumes rising in the autumn months as businesses focus attention on making a last ditch effort at achieving their annual goals prior to the end of the fiscal year. This volume of activity is sustained in the first few months of the new fiscal year as businesses conduct conference calls announcing the strategies and plans geared at achieving greater success in the months ahead. However, between Memorial Day and Labor Day conference call traffic volumes slow significantly as managers and workers start their summer vacations resulting in fewer and less well attended teleconference meeting events.

Welcome to the TRC Sales Notebook, a monthly newsletter providing information on the services, features and competitive advantages of Two Rivers Conferencing to our Sales Representatives.

Two Rivers Conferencing launched its second publicly accessible high definition videoconference facility on Monday February 18. Our decision to create this addition to our growing list of conference service offerings came as a result of having a similar facility in operation at a facility acquired from Aspen Conferencing in Scottsdale, Arizona since January 2011 and we believe our experience in operating both facilities will benefit any of our dealers interested in replicating this successful program or adding to their commission revenues.
